A review aid. Your decision.

Terms for the free public checker, supplier notices and pilot enquiries.

Who provides the service

Branden Sanchez trading as Channelmark, a sole trader at 21 Buckholt Avenue, Bexhill-on-Sea, TN40 2RS, United Kingdom. Email hello@nuancesites.com. Channelmark is not a limited company and does not claim affiliation with Cifas, Companies House or organisations mentioned in source notices.

What you can use

The public tools help UK business teams review order identity. There is no charge, subscription or automatic renewal. A pilot enquiry requests a conversation; it does not create a membership or service contract. Private incident sharing, alerts and paid plans are not available to the public.

Independent checks remain necessary

A domain match is not proof of sender authority. A new domain is not proof of fraud. No result is a guarantee of payment or a clean history. Check the intended buyer, delivery destination and authority to place an order through contact details obtained independently of the purchase order. Apply your usual credit and dispatch controls.

Registry information can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. We distinguish returned facts from missing information and link to the sources. Supplier notices describe warnings published by the named organisations; those organisations may themselves be victims of impersonation. They are not a blacklist or a count of verified fraud cases.

Use the service responsibly

Use checks for a genuine business purpose. Do not scrape the service, bypass access controls, overload it or use it to harass, discriminate or investigate private individuals. Do not submit allegations, evidence files, protected-characteristic information, payment credentials or private customer data through the public forms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide useful, accurate information but the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or that it will detect every identity problem. It is not a credit-reference report, insurance, legal advice or a replacement for your own checks. We may limit requests or suspend abusive use. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Corrections and complaints

If a notice summary is wrong or a link is outdated, use contact and corrections or email hello@nuancesites.com. Identify the organisation or page and we will review it against the original source. You do not need a membership to raise a concern.

Content and changes

You may use a review internally for your order decision. Third-party source material remains subject to its owner’s rights. We may update these terms as the service develops; the date above identifies this version. England and Wales law applies, subject to any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
